Quanterall Ltd and its affiliated companies (herein together referred to as Quanterall) respect and realise the importance of protecting your privacy, and Quanterall is committed to protecting your privacy rights to the fullest possible extent.

Quanterall provides the Newsletter subscription service for the users who give their voluntary consent to this by means of the Website functionalities.

In order to activate the Newsletter subscription service, the user needs to provide ONLY their email address and activate the service through a link included in the email sent to the user to the stated address. The user may at any time terminate the agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service with immediate effect by deactivating the subscription.

Contact form

Through the website, Quanterall provides a contact form service consisting of providing the User with free contact with Quanterall in order to obtain information about:

  • vacant positions at the company,
  • scope of services provided by the company and detailed information about the business activities
  • option of booking a (video) conference call with Quanterall's experts.

For this purpose, the User should follow the instructions indicated on the Website and provide: Name, email, and company name.

Children's privacy

Quanterall services, products are not provided for use by children and we do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13 - 16 (depends on the EU member state country). If Quanterall finds out that a child's personal data is provided to us, we'll delete it from our databases. If you are a parent or guardian of a child and believe that we have collected such personal data, please contact us as indicated in the “Contact Information” section below and we'll delete it as soon as possible.

The user has the right to withdraw the consent given for the collection, processing, storage, and/or transfer of the personal data of the subject. Upon receipt of a notification and/or request of the user to withdraw the given consent, Quanterall Ltd. takes immediate action to stop processing and/or delete personal data provided by the user for the purposes for which they were originally provided to Quanterall Ltd. by the respective user. Quanterall Ltd. may continue to process and store relevant personal data if there is a legal requirement and/or other valid reason, which is disclosed to the person concerned.

The exercise of these privacy rights is free, and the User should send a written request to the personal data protection officer of Quanterall Ltd., which contains the exact data subject to processing, as well as which of your rights you wish to exercise;
